I have completed an IT infrastructure. Using Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Version on HP XW4400 Workstation. Upgrading the HP XW4400 Workstation from Core2Duo to Quad Core Extreme, 4GB to 8GB RAM (maximum). Joining PCs to domain and administer the PCs using Group Policy.

I build a Server by using HP XW4400 Workstation and installed Windows Server 2008 R2 and creating a domain. Deploy the Server Workstation. Also the KVM (Keyboard, Video and Mouse) to link between PC and a Server. Thanks Dancourse did a lot of help and showed me how to setup a network configuration to link each PCs to the domain.

It looks much better, It may look better than Windows 8.1. They restore apps on Start Menu just like in Windows 7 style.
