1. Press 'Control+Shift+J' to open Developer Console
2. Type this: 'WinJS.Application.restart(“ms-cxh:localonly”)'

This one is the GUI (Graphics User Interface) style.

Steps:

1. Shift+F10 to open cmd

2. Type 'regedit'

3. Go to 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\OOBE'

4. Registry value add: DWord 32-bit value, Name 'BypassNRO', Set value to '1'

5. Close Registry Editor

6. Shutdown /r /t 0
